Eric is WONDERFUL!!!

I am just posting this blog to tell you all how completely wonderful my boyfriend is. You see, today is Eric's 30th Birthday. I had made alot of plans to try and make it an extra special birthday. I was planning to just skip my one class that I have on Fridays, so that I could spend the day with him. We were going to go out on Thursday night and spend all day today together. Then Saturday night, I wanted to have Brendon sleep over at my parents house so that Eric and I could have an evening together. Well, that is not exactly how it has happened.
My professor decided that he should designate today as Exam day, and then I was ordered to come to seminar in the libraray until noon. Needless to say, we couldn't go out last night because I had an exam at 8am this morning. Then my parents decided they are going to the beach, so Saturday night is out too. Oh, it only gets better...
Brendon has been complaining that his bottom hurt, and last night I figured out that he has pinworms. That means that he couldn't go to school today. And I bet you can guess who is taking care of him... That's right, Eric is taking care of my son right this very moment, on his Birthday, so that I would be able to come to school to take my exam. He got Brendon up, got him showered, dressed, began washing linens and towels, and is taking him to get medication. All on his 30th birthday. I have been feeling incredible guilt about this all day. So much so, that I have been awake since 4am this morning. I just wanted this day to be special for him. He is such a wonderful man!
