Amy's blog

This is a blog about me, Amy,my husband, Eric, and my son's Brendon and Gabriel. I really just want a space to write down all of the little things that you forget in everyday life. I have started this blog to have a place to remember all of Brendon's (and now Gabriel's) little antics and the funny things that he says and does.

Go Panthers!!!

Last Sunday, my brother and I had the privledge of attending the Panthers game against the Saints. We found out that Leslie was tailgaiting, and definately knew that we would go have a great time with her. Thanks Leslie for inviting us. This is what we saw when we arrived: There was a large spread of food, southern style!!! Fried chicken, apple pie, and of course Leslie's mom made her collard greens.

My brother was a little apprehensive about tailgaiting with a family that he had never met, but when we got there he fit right in. He said that he had an excellent time tailgaiting with Leslie and her family.

Leslie and I were having a few cocktails at this point. Needless to say, I won't post the pictures of us at the actual game...

Alex and his dad were hanging out and playing football before the game. Isn't Alex just adorable?

I was sad when we had to start packing up the tent, but it did mean we were about to see some really good football. Here is Leslie's sister packing up the chairs.

As it turned out, Leslie's seats are only about 4 seats away from my parents. Who knew? We got to hang out throughout the entire game, and any other game we go to, we will be right there together. It was awesome! The Panthers won the game, and I really didn't want to leave. Hopefully we will get to go to another game soon.

Hooray for pictures! I couldn't wait to see these. We had a blast with you guys. I still want to see pictures from the actual game! Hey - how did you get a camera in there? Sneaky, sneaky!

We are going to be doing it again this Sunday, and you and Jason are more than welcome to join us! We would love it.
