I have really not had the time to log into the blogger and post about our trip to Disney world in February. We had a blast! As soon as I find the time I am going to update this thing. Eric and I have been busy planning our wedding, and even though it is small, it is still a great deal of planning. A few weeks ago my car died for good, and now I am car shopping, and we are also house shopping. I think that we may have found a house that we are interested in. My good friend, Heather, lives out at Lake Wylie, and she has some houses in her neighborhood that are for sale. Her son is only 2 months older than Brendon, and her and her husband and me and Eric all get along really well. The schools in the area are outstanding, and I would no longer have to send Brendon to a private school. We are just really praying about the situation so that we will make the right desicion for our family.
As far as Brendon is concerned, we have had some problems getting him to focus lately. Every night it seems there is some sort of crying fit over his work. Last semester he had one B and the rest A's on his report card. This semester his grades are not as good. He has told me he just doesn't care. It has put extreme stress on Eric and me b/c we come home after a long day at work, and have to try and work through Brendon not wanting to do his work. It is very frustrating, and we are trying to work on a system to give incentive to do his work. I really don't want to take away his baseball, but the baseball schedule he is on doesn't permit any slack in school. Sometimes we don't get home from games until 9 at night, so his schoolwork has got to be finished before he leaves in the afternoon.
